1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Capital Connection, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Advertising Space and Exclusivity

Capital Connection operates on an industry-exclusive basis per postcard drop. We reserve the right to determine if a business conflicts with an already reserved spot. Reservations are not final until payment is received.

3. Content Guidelines

Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of their submitted content. Capital Connection reserves the right to reject any advertising that we deem inappropriate, misleading, or conflicting with our community standards.

4. Distribution

While we guarantee printing and delivery to the specified number of homes in the Belconnen area, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates as these depend on third-party distribution partners.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of booking. Once the design process has begun, payments are non-refundable as the space has been held exclusively for your business.
